How many Credits are used when performing a Test Run?

One credit is used for running each test. If you run a Cross Browser test, one credit will be used for each test performed by each browser, e.g if you choose to run a test using Firefox 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5, three credits will be used.

My project shows a negative balance – what does this mean?

We do not stop a test half way through if you run out of credits, so we allow a small ‘overdraft’. To perform any further testing you will need to add more credits to this project (via the Add/Edit Project tab).

What are ‘Testing Credits’?

‘Testing Credits’ are used to measure and bill you for the testing performed. They are purchased in advance, and are added to your Project. Whenever a Test Run is performed (either scheduled or manual), one credit will be used. You can check on your Credit Balance by clicking on the Usage tab in the Projects area.
